How do you define a ‘project’?

Unlike others, Userback categorizes projects as your web application or website, not the feedback type within each, so you can collect bugs, feature requests, general feedback, and more all together in a single web application or website – helping you get more value out of your feedback management platform with Userback.

How does your free trial work?

All new accounts start with a free trial of the Premium plan. You get full access to the Userback platform and can collect, manage and action user feedback free for 14 days and can upgrade at any time. Upon completion of your trial window, you’ll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans to continue benefiting from the user insights and feedback.

What payment types do you accept?

All Userback accounts are either pre-paid for 30 days or 12 months. We accept payment via most credit cards and you can cancel at any time.

How much do session replays cost?

All Company and Premium plans include unlimited session replays. Replays are attached based on your personalized settings inside the Userback app.

What’s the difference between users and reporters?

A ‘user’ is someone who has access to your Userback account and can collaborate with other users. ‘Reporters’ are the people who submit feedback via your feedback widget. All plans include unlimited reporters.

Can I change my plan?

You can change plans at any time. Changing plans is instant; you’ll simply pay the difference and remain on the same monthly or annual cycle.

Can I add my team?

Every plan includes a set number of users. You can invite and remove additional users any time. If you want to invite more users than your plan limit, you can upgrade your plan or just invite extra users at a small incremental cost.
