How does your free trial work?
All new accounts start with a free 14-day trial of the Scale plan. You get access to all key features and can collect up to 100 responses and 5000 session replays. Once the trial ends, your feedack and survey forms will stop and you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue.
How do you count responses?
As a multi-purpose feedback tool, we aim to make things simple for you. Responses include any new feedback or survey submission added to your account. For instance, when a user submits feedback through your widget or fills out a survey form, each of these actions is considered a response.
What are session replays?
Session replays allow you to review a visitor’s entire experience on your website, capturing details such as navigation, mouse movements, and rage clicks. Unlike other tools, Userback can attach a session replay to each user’s feedback and survey responses, providing a more comprehensive insight into user sentiment and behavior.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can easily change plans at any time. Changing plans is instant; you’ll simply pay the difference and remain on the same monthly or annual cycle.
What if I exceed the response limit in my plan?
When you hit your response limit, your feedback widgets and surveys will stop working and you won’t be able to collect new responses. We’ll notify you by email before you reach this limit, and you can buy additional responses anytime.
Can I handle multiple projects with one account?
Absolutely! Unlike others, Userback comes with unlimited projects so you can easily manage multiple surveys and feedback projects all in the one account.
Can I cancel my subscription and what's the refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any point. Your subscription will remain active until the new billing cycle begins. We don’t offer refunds, so always make sure to terminate your subscription before the new billing cycle begins.
Can I collect more responses and sessions than what is listed above?
Yes. The Custom plan offers up to unlimited responses and session replays. Contact us for an obligation-free call.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. Userback is 100% GDPR compliant. We take security and data privacy very seriously and you can find detailed information in our Security Overview and Privacy Policy.
What payment types do you accept?
All Userback accounts are billed in USD and are either pre-paid for 30 days or 12 months. We accept payment via most credit cards and we do NOT charge any transaction fees. For yearly payments on the Custom plan, we accept payments via wire transfer.
